Terms of service :

 

 


This service will provide web hosting and server rental codes for customers:


The company will charge the customer fees for the services provided under the Agreement in accordance with the current charges. The company reserves the right to adjust the charges and all changes will be posted on the company's website with effect from the date of posting.

The company:


1. The service may be suspended at any time without notice to the customer for maintenance, upgrade, testing and maintenance of the

6. Termination of service:

Customers are required to indemnify the company for all actions, procedures, destruction, expenses, requirements or losses if the company suffers a loss by a third party using his login name and password connection service without the consent of the customer.
In the absence of any dispute between the client and the fees charged by the company, the books and records of the company will be deemed to be substantiated by the fees payable by the customers. The company reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately at any time under any of the following circumstances:

Responsibility:

8. Force Majeure:

4. 可修改協議書內的服務條件及細則,及 / 或修改任何有關客戶使用此服務的規條,修改細則將貼於本公司網頁內,並由將貼當日生效。
5. 絕對不會在網路上詢問客戶的密碼,如因客戶的泄漏導致他人使用其登入名稱及密碼,所有後果應由用戶自行承擔。
6. 所貯存的備份僅會於設備發生故障或失靈上存取,客戶應自行作備份以便意外移除原始檔案,如客戶要求本公司提供備份檔案,需要電郵申請及付上行政費及服務費
服務不應被用作下列通訊用途:


1 .不允許的內容 :

1 任何形式的色情內容;
2 包含暴力、煽動、威脅、騷擾的內容或仇恨言論;
3 欺詐內容;
4 傳銷、金字塔式騙局或類似金融犯罪內容;
5 侵犯他人隱私的內容;
6 對他人的健康和安全造成威脅,對公共安全造成威脅,對國家安全造成威脅,或對執法機構的調查造成影響的內容;
7 商業機密或其它機密信息;
8 侵犯他人版權或幫助他人進行侵犯版權的行為的內容;
9 侵犯他人商標、專利或其他合法權益的內容;
10 有關非法藥物、毒品的內容,違反進出口管制法律的內容;
11 涉及非法賭博的內容;
12 涉及非法販運野生動物、武器等的內容;
13 涉及黑客、破解、網絡攻擊、非法外掛程式等的內容;
14 本公司認為不合適的內容;
15 下載站[內鏈],音樂站[內鏈]等容易引起盜鏈並消耗大量流量的站點類型;
16 對服務器的資源構成極度消耗的行為[例如采集等等].


2.電子郵件 :

1 任何用戶都不允許發送未經他人許可的郵件,如果郵件接收方事先同意接受郵件(如訂閱了您的郵件),發送者必須在郵件中明確提示退出郵件服務的方法.一旦我們接收到關於發送垃圾電子郵件的舉報,您的服務將被關閉.

3.版權保護 :

1 本公司不允許用戶以任何形式發表、傳遞包括但不限於音樂、影視作品、軟件等版權材料,除非
(a) 版權所有人書面授權您發布該內容;
(b) 您的發布行為符合美國版權保護法(如版權內容已經超出保護期).


4.服務對像 :

1 所有服務都被視作由服務的購買人使用,不允許多人共用同一個帳戶,如果我們發現您的帳戶在未告知本公司的情況下被轉讓,我們保留終止服務的權利.


5.付款 :

1 用戶必須按時付款,若未及時支付下一付費周期的費用,本公司會在您賬單期的最後一天關閉您的服務;
2 如需取消服務,請至少在賬單日3日前通知我們;對於部分有額外要求的服務,必須按相關規定,提前規定的天數通知我們您即將取消服務


6.終止服務 :

1 如果您沒有按時支付費用,服務自動終止,由此產生的數據丟失,本公司不負任何責任;
2 如果您違反了服務條款,本公司有權終止服務;
3 您可以用電郵 : rickychu231@gmail.com ,通知我們取消服務,服務將在您指定的時間終止;
4 如因用戶原因取消服務,當月服務費用不會退還.
倘客戶或未經客戶同意而被第三者使用其登入名稱及密碼的接駁服務,而使本公司蒙受損失,客戶需向本公司賠償所有行動、程序、毀壞、費用、要求或損失。
倘客戶對本公司所收取的費用有任何爭議,本公司之賬簿及記錄將被視為各項客戶應繳費用的真憑實據。

在下列任何情況下,本公司有權隨時立即終止協議書:
· 倘任何應付之費用逾期仍未繳清
· 倘客戶違反協議書所記載之任何條款及細則。

7.責任 :


在法例許可的範圍內,凡因使用或不能使用此服務,而導致任何直接、後遺性、間接、偶然或特別的損害,包括但不只限於業務盈利的損害或損失、業務中斷、業務資料的損失等等,即使本公司已得悉有可能會發生此等損害,本公司均毋需負責。
除此之外,本公司不對任何客戶網站之言論負上任何責任。

8.不可抗力:


倘因延遲或未能履行本條款及細則內之全部或部份條款及細則, 而引致延誤或未能履行此等條款及細則的原因,並不是由本公司可以合理控制的,又或不是因其過失或蓄意疏忽所造成,這些情況包括但不限於戰爭、戰爭來臨之威脅、暴動、或其
他群眾騷動或行為、叛亂、天災、任何其他超越政府或國家法律當局所實行的限制,或任何其他工業或貿易爭議、疫症、火災、爆炸、風暴、水災、閃電、地震及其他自然災害,本公司均毋須負責。

9.24小時技術支援定義:


1. 於辦公時間提供一般技術支援諮詢服務(只限於伺服器上的問題),不包括詳細教學及支援
2. 於非辦公時間內提供技術支援服務,只限於伺服器下線之問題:例如,硬件故障/未能連線伺服器,並不提供一般技術支援諮詢服務
3. 租用獨立主機所提供的每月一小時技術支援(只限於伺服器上的設定問題),不包括詳細教學及支援

本公司保留隨時修訂此條款而不作另行通知的權利 .
